Caribbean Crew

Hailing from the Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago, Creig Camacho has firmly established himself as Central Florida’s leading Caribbean entertainer. Based in Orlando, his strengths are his energy and ability to get the audience involved. He is backed by a group of very talented musicians known as the Caribbean Crew. Together, the group performs regularly at the top festivals, conventions, corporate parties and concerts across the state of Florida. The Caribbean Crew can be as small as a two-piece act, or as large as a five-piece live band. If a particular event calls for a DJ, the Caribbean Crew also includes an interactive DJ team. Creig can also be hired as the Master of Ceremonies for any occasion.
Creig took on a solo career in 2001 after spending 8 years as lead singer for the band DEJA. This is where he gained his valuable experience and helped make DEJA Florida’s number one Caribbean band. During that time, he also performed at Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Citywalk, promoting the sounds and culture of the Caribbean. Creig has had the opportunity to work with Coca-Cola International and was contracted by the company to perform at all the 1994 World Cup Soccer Games held in Florida. The relationship with Coca-Cola continued in 1996, when he embarked on a Summer Olympic Tour, performing in the Olympic Villages across the Southeastern United States, culminating in the city of Atlanta.
Creig has performed alongside reggae superstars Shaggy, Inner Circle, Steel Pulse and Buju Banton; soca artistes Machel Montano & Xtatic, Square One and Krosfyah; R&B performers Next and Tyrese; and even the rock band Sister Hazel. Performances have taken him as far as New York, South Dakota, Atlanta and throughout the Caribbean. He has released a very successful solo album, which encompasses a fusion of reggae, calypso, soca and dancehall.
